Upper Maitland Mustangs will be providing the burgers, sausage and hotdogs for everyone.
Every family is asked to bring a salad, side or dessert and drinks for your family.
Families can also bring lawn chairs, road hockey sticks (with helmets and gloves), ball gloves and bats.
