Exhibition Play
The Mustangs hosted two very strong teams this past week (one of which is heading to provincials). Both games resulted in ties, but provided some very good competition to prepare them for this weekend's year end tournament in Howick.
The first game was a 2-2 tie vs. Woolwich Wild who narrowly missed out on provincials due to a tie-breaker scenario with Waterloo. Isabelle scored the first goal (assisted by Jayla). The second goal was scored by Alyssa (from Maddy).
The second game was a 3-3 tie vs. Mitchell who are provincials-bound in April. Isabelle opened the scoring (unassisted) while Addie scored the second (assisted by Isabelle). The last goal was scored by Jayla (from Isabelle).
The girls have an unbeaten streak of 7 games on the go right now and are excited to put their best efforts forward this weekend in Howick. Go Mustangs!
