We are reaching out to you as a supporting Minor Hockey Association of the Listowel Cyclones and
would like to invite your players and coaching staff to an Upper Maitland Mustangs day in Listowel. We
have reviewed your organization calendar and did our best to schedule you on a day that had minimal
conflicts with your teams.
We will review your website rosters and create passes for all players and 3 coaching staff per team.
Players must be accompanied by an adult/parent. I will reach out to you a week or so before your
scheduled night to confirm attendance numbers and make arrangements to deliver the passes to a
contact on your staff.
